I'm excited to introduce you to the brand new LockVoy 6 and 7 pin capping, and injecting block for Small Format Interchangeable Core, also known as SFIC. Look at this thing. It's made of the highest quality materials in the USA and is meant to be used a lot. So if you work on a lot of IC cores, this is the block that you've been looking for. Let's go ahead, and I'll do a quick demonstration on how you can cap IC cores with it and how you can eject them.
All right, so I went ahead here, and I pinned up the cylinder. You can probably see some colors in there from the pins.
We'll go ahead, and we'll put it into this capping block, so we'll put it on the side that has the nice big holes on it.
Then we'll put a spring in, and then we'll take a cap.
We'll take our capping tool and hit it.
As you can see, this perfectly went on. Alright, so we'll go ahead, and we'll keep doing it here until the last chamber.
All right, and as you can see on there, it just did an excellent, perfect job, so that's how you will cap with this.
To eject, all you need to do is take the cylinder you need to remove all the pins from. You're just going to put it into the same hole and flip it upside down until you see all the little ejecting holes. All you need to do is take your pin injector and stick it into whatever chamber you want to discharge. And then tap on it just like that. We'll go ahead and do all six of these.
As you can see, all the pins are out, and your cylinder will be ready to rekey.
So that is how you cap and how you eject using this excellent LockVoy capping and pinning block. I appreciate you guys. Thank you, and we'll see you next time.
