Key Programming Smart PRO Review 2019 Chevy Silverado W Transponder Key

Excel in locksmithing and learn to add or program an additional transponder key, the B119-PT, to the 2019 Chevy Silverado using the Smart PRO, the only programmer that can program it on the market. Get your duplicated key, read the MYKEYS Pro app and let's get started.

Have the Smart PRO connected to the OBD 2 port, and we're ready to get programming.

So, we're going to go in here to Vehicle Selection. Go to Chevrolet, go down to Silverado, and look for 2017 to 2019 Blade.

Once done, go to Immobiliser and click Connect. Make sure that you've checked the MYKEYS Pro app to do this without a problem. Smart PRO can do its job without an internet connection, unlike AutoProPad.

Insert the new key you are going to add, switch the ignition on, then click OK. Go down to Add keys and hit the play button. Notice about reading the PIN code will pop up, so we got to go to Read Pin. Hit the play button.

The loading taking place on this part doesn't require any internet. It's inside the SmartPRO, which is fantastic.

After the loading, the code will appear, no need to memorize it. Proceed by going to add keys and hit the play button.

All doors must be closed during the process; if so, click OK. The process will take 10 minutes.

After a10-minute wait. It will say Switch ignition OFF; we'll hit OK. Please open and close the driver's door, do it, and hit OK. Switch ignition using the key that you are programming, then hit OK.

Do you want to program more keys? Let's go in and get another key programmed. So let's say Yes. Switch the ignition off, pull out the other. Now, put the new key in. Switch ignition on. Hit OK. Switch ignition off, hit OK. Open and close the driver's door, then hit OK. Switch ignition on, hit OK. Do you want to program more keys? No.

So there you go. We just went ahead and programmed two additional keys; I thought it'd be fun to show you guys on one that instead of just programming one extra key, what it looks like to do is go through that process again. Once you've waited 10 minutes, you don't have to wait for every key you're going to program all at once.

Alright, so there you have it. That's how the Smart PRO programs, a 2019 Chevy Silverado. Now, I will give the Smart PRO five stars on this one, mainly because it's one of the only programmers that can do it without anything extra. So I think that's good. Although I tell you what, it'd be nice to have not had to wait that 10 minutes for that bypass. So I'd love to know what your thoughts are in the comments below. Thank you, and we'll see you next time!
