How to change the belt on a HPC Mini Speedex 9120RM

Do you spend too much time replacing the belt of the 9120 RM, the HPC Mini Speedex? Let me walk you through a quick method of changing one.

Start by getting the replacement belt; the part number is 9120-BELT.

It's going to require two Allen wrenches: the 3/32 and the bigger ones, a 5/32.

Get into action by removing the top screw using the 3/32 Allen wrench, then set aside the screw.

Proceed to the bottom screw and remove it with the help of a 5/32 Allen wrench.

Move the cover until there is enough space to work to and see the bottom and top pulley.

Grab the belt, work it over the plastic that serves as a cover, and gently pull it down to the bottom pulley. Easy and doesn't require any extra force.

Once you've replaced and adequately installed the belt, get the cover in position, then screw it over at the bottom using the 5/32 Allen.

And for the top screw, get the metal bar under the plastic to properly screw it using the 3/32 Allen. This is how it should look like.
