How it Works: Passage Lock Function on Commercial and Residential Hardware
The function is by far the most basic lock function as well as the most common. There is no way to lock it because there's no key or thumb turn; there is nothing. It is just simply always open. Either you push down or pull up to unlock the door. This type of function is commonly found in a closet or a break room, or just something you need to close the door and open.
