Made from high-strength components, including a heavy-duty ribbed aluminum extrusion, stainless steel ¾" deadlocking Pullman-type latch bolt, and high-impact anodized ABS surfaces, the V40 withstands over 1,400 lbs. of static pull force. It is designed to meet the needs of wide stile (4” or greater) and flush doors, while the optional V40xNS model accommodates 2" narrow stile doors with a lower-profile strike.
