Ilco Bravo III

Ilco Bravo III

It is easy to overlook the advantages of a semi-automatic key machine. These machines are amazingly easy to operate, but also offer versatility many fully automatic machines do not. Ilco currently carries an excellent example of a high quality and sturdy semi automatic machine called the Bravo III.

EZ-JAW: THE BEST LOCKSMITH TOOL ON A MACHINE

This machine comes standard with a laundry list of parts including the EZ-Jaw. This jaw is very precise and comes with four mounting positions to accommodate a variety of key blanks. Nearly any key will be securely gripped, and if several different keys are being cut in a row, the EZ-Jaw can be quickly rotated without lifting or removing parts.

GENEROUS JAW SPACING

Modern automotive keys seem to be increasing in size by the year. Many keys have incorporated the keyless entry or start with the blank itself. This can be a major problem for many duplicators because of narrow spacing between the two jaws. However, Ilco has incorporated some generous spacing in between jaws to accommodate these longer keys.

ELIMINATING MISS CUTS AND MISUSE OF TIME

The carriage is spring loaded on the Bravo III, providing constant cutting pressure and less chance for miss cuts. The depth adjustment is kept accurate by a refined dial configuration and makes for easily calibrated, repeatable results. This machine utilizes two carriage shafts that allow for sensitive and precise cutting. A few time saving features on the machine include automatic cutter start by raising and lowering of the carriage, as well as a built in nylon brush.

Although it can be easy to dismiss the features of a semi automatic key machine, there are several features that make this machine a quality option for many businesses and locksmiths. Explore more great semi-automatic key machine options atCLKSupplies.com.
