Rookie with Cheap Key Programming Tool Tries to Program Key

Last weekend, Kylie almost locked her keys in her car. That freaked her out because PJ wasn't there to make her a spare. She ended up calling the new guy, Julio. The confident one, physically fit, seasoned storyteller, attractive, and the best in everything.

Kylie: Are you sure you could do this?

Julio: I can do anything.

Kylie: I guess we'll find out

PROGRAMMING A 2010 TOYOTA 4RUNNER by JULIO

Set up your programming machine and connect it to the OBD2 port.

Go to KEY PROGRAM and select TOYOTA.

Proceed by selecting BY VEHICLE. Look for your vehicle type (4RUNNER) and the year (2010).

Please wait for it to load and follow the instructions that will pop up on the screen.

Turn ignition on. We're going to add a key. Remove the key. Insert the key and turn the ignition on. Okay, turn the ignition off and remove the key.

Wait for SUCCESS to pop up. Take the newly programmed key and test if it'll work. It was a success because I believed in myself and followed the instructions. Now we got a new key. Kylie's going to be very impressed with my locksmithing skills.

Julio: Alrighty, here's your spare and your original. It's all programmed up.

Kylie: Awesome. Thank you.

Julio: Of course.

Kylie: What can't you do?

Julio: Not be irresistible. That's all I know. But yeah, so we got it right. It is all programmed up. The Autek was terrific but couldn't have done it without me. That's for sure.

Kylie: So great to have you part of the team.
