To operate a key duplicating machine, first securely clamp the original key and the blank key into their respective holders. Align the keys, then turn on the machine and carefully guide the blank key along the cutting blade, following the shape of the original key. Finally, smooth any rough edges on the new key using the built-in wire brush.
