To get your Kwikset lock to work, make sure it has fresh batteries (for electronic models) and that the key or code you are using is correct. If it’s a keyed lock, try lubricating the keyhole and ensure the key is fully inserted. For smart locks, follow the reset or reprogramming instructions in the manual if it still doesn't work.
