What is the actual size of the files in this set?

I am wanting to know the actual size of the file and file area is the four inches, including the handle as well, because I tend to like a full-size file and everything. It doesn't really clarify whether that is four inches total length or four inches, or just the cut area. I mean, I don't know. What is it?
